BEIJING, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) China is committed to a stable global energy market and is further opening its energy sector to the world, said a white paper released Monday.
The country has greatly eased market access for foreign investment, and has built a market-based international business environment that respects the rule of law to facilitate free trade and investment, according to the white paper titled Energy in China s New Era released by the State Council Information Office.
The document said the country has adopted pre-establishment national treatment plus a negative list, reducing restrictions on foreign investment s access to the energy sector.

China will seek better coordination
among the various free trade zones as their closer cooperation will
provide strong impetus for economic development, experts and government
officials said on Monday.

(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone is joining hands with the pilot FTZs in Zhejiang,
Anhui and Jiangsu provinces, to jointly design coordinated
development patterns that will further contribute to the integrated
development of the Yangtze River Delta region, said Zhang Chao, deputy
head of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration.
Zhang made the remarks on Monday at an event organized by the Beijing-based
