It also found evidence of frozen fries being dumped in New Zealand by Dutch company Lamb Weston. However, the dumping was not deemed to be a material threat to the local industry or at a level requiring tariffs. Potatoes NZ chief executive Chris Claridge said although the industry body was pleased the Government agreed dumping was taking place, some of the report’s other findings were frustrating.
