The strict curbs on movement of people and a host of other activities are in force in the state since April 14 and were to end on April 30. Essential services have been exempted from the curbs.

The government will soon issue a global tender for the procurement of Remdesivir and vaccines from India and also through imports. He said Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray will announce the state government’s stand on free vaccination to be launched from May 1.
