Their accomplices are; one Dokpor, a driver and Abdul Samed Yussif a.k.a Matata, a trader.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Effia Tenge, Head of Public Affairs Unit of the Command told the Ghana News Agency that on December 17, 2020 the police had an information of someone offering arms and ammunitions for sale at Achimota.
She said the police followed up on the information and met Abusah and Dokpor on board an unidentified taxi cab.

The Accra Regional Police Command has busted four persons including two policemen for trading in firearms.
The policemen are; Lance Corporals Emmanuel Abusah Yao and Sulayman Yusuf stationed at Visibility Headquarters, Accra.

Police deny arrest of arsonist
The Accra Regional Police Command has denied that a man behind some market fires in some parts of Ghana has been arrested.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Effia Tenge, Head of Public Affairs Unit of the Command, told the Ghana News Agency in Accra on Monday.
She said somebody somewhere might have concocted the story and that the Police had never made such arrest.
A section of the media on Monday, December 21, reported that the Ghana Police Service had arrested an alleged arsonist behind the recent Kantamanto market fire.
They quoted an Accra Daily, which stated that the suspect, Daniel Dah Kormlah, aged 41, was identified through police investigations into the Kantamanto fire incident.

Jejeloye said that several warnings had been issued to motorcycle riders to desist from operating on restricted routes, particularly highways and bridges across the state, to no avail.
According to him, the total clampdown of these motorcycle operators will be vigorously sustained on a daily basis throughout the Yuletide to check criminal activities perpetuated by these notorious motorcyclists. A series of complaints received from the public on illegal and criminal activities perpetuated by these motorcycle operators is seriously alarming and must be checked.
