The Public Affairs Section at the U.S. Embassy Chisinau (PAS) invites proposals for projects that countering foreign malign influence, supporting independent voices, enhancing media sustainability, and strengthening civil society.
PAS invites proposals for projects that strengthen ties between the United States and Moldova, through academic, cultural, and exchange programs that highlight shared values and promote bilateral cooperation.
Goals
Priority will be given to projects that help advance the following goals:
To advance the U.S.-Moldova Shared Regional and Global Priorities for International Security, Democracy, and the Rule of Law; and/or

The U.S. Embassy Kigali Public Affairs Section (PAS) is pleased to announce that funding may be available through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program. This is a Notice of Funding Opportunity soliciting proposals from organizations that seek to assist Rwandan youth, women, persons with disabilities, and other audiences to have virtual access to U.S. Embassy programs. Please carefully read this in its entirety and follow instructions to apply.
Purpose of Small Grants: PAS Kigali invites local, Rwandan, non-profit, non-governmental organizations to submit a proposal for programs that will facilitate U.S. Embassy target audiences to virtually join programs, particularly for audiences that do not have sufficient funds for data costs or other internet costs associated with participating in virtual programs. NEW ORLEANS A school bus and an 18-wheeler collided Monday morning in New Orleans East, a police spokesman said.
No children were on the bus when the vehicles crashed, around 6:30 a.m. on Chef Menteur Highway near Bayou Sauvage.
The drivers from both vehicles were taken to a hospital, and police are investigating the collision, which was reported at 17000 Chef Menteur Highway.
Aaron Looney, a public information officer with New Orleans Police Department s Public Affairs Division said police don t know what condition the collision left the drivers in. No children were on the school bus at the time of the crash, Looney told local news organizations. Both drivers were transported via EMS to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. Information on their current conditions are not available at this time.No further details are currently available.
