Today, Deutsche Lufthansa AG invited its shareholders to the 68th Annual General Meeting on May 4th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will once again be held virtually, recognizing the need to apply current infection control regulations to protect the health of shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting will be broadcast live on lufthansagroup.com. Shareholders, who have registered for online services in advance can also take part in the voting online.

AUSTIN House Speaker Dade Phelan is the first state GOP leader to outline a way to pay for electricity generators to be weatherproofed so Texas can avoid a repeat of last month’s prolonged blackouts.
Just like hurricanes, Dade Phelan says "we have to write a book on how to respond to this. And it starts with being an open dialog, in a bipartisan discussion."
As a record winter storm wreaked havoc on the state s power system, with relays and valves freezing up, it quickly became clear that all sorts of key infrastructure operators had not sufficiently protected their equipment from the brutal cold.
In declaring weatherization an emergency item for this year’s legislative session, Gov. Greg Abbott directed lawmakers to mandate the winterization of the state’s power system and “ensure the necessary funding for winterization.”
But lawmakers disagree about how to pay for such an effort which could cost billions of dollars and whether any amount of state money at all should go toward winterization of private plants.
