Santiago de Chile, Mar 12 (Prensa Latina) Countries´ measures to boost post-pandemic economic recovery should focus development on a more sustainable and inclusive model, as stated by Alicia Bárcena, Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), during the opening ceremony of 2021 Climate Week, a virtual regional meeting aimed at finding some solutions and the necessary action against climate change.
The meeting is being held with a view to forthcoming UN Climate Change Conference (COP26), slated for November, in Glasgow, UK.
