FLINT, MI Two suspects are being investigated for the alleged assault of a postal worker at River Village Apartments in Flint yesterday, Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton said.
Flint police said one of the suspects was arrested on April 8. A third person involved in the altercation is not being investigated because they were a “peacemaker,” Leyton said.
No charges have been filed in the case as of Friday afternoon, Leyton said. Two arrest warrants will be filed with the prosecutor’s office today, according to an update from Chief of Police Terence Green. It is still an ongoing investigation with Flint police. The postal employee is in good condition, Flint police said.
