WAUKESHA, WI The City of Waukesha Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department
announced entries are now being accepted for the 2021 City of Waukesha July 4th Parade taking place on Sun., July 4.
Last year the city held a reverse parade due to the pandemic. The floats were stationary and motorists drive through along the parade path.

This year the parade will be traditional.
The parade theme, honoring the City of Waukesha s 125th anniversary is Looking Back –Reaching Forward.

The parade will step off at 11:00 a.m. from Cutler Park, 321 Wisconsin Ave. Parade entry deadline is Fri., June 4, 2021. Applications for the parade are available on the City of Waukesha website at

The City of Waukesha Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department (WPRF) announces an opportunity for the public to honor a loved one and fly a dedicated flag in Waukesha s Field of Honor. The large flags will be on display, 24 hours each day beginning Thurs., May 27, 2021 at noon through Tue., June 1 at 6:00 a.m. in Frame Park during the visit of the nationally traveling memorial, The Moving Wall. Flags are available for purchase through the Colonial Flag Foundation for $50, with proceeds benefitting The Moving Wall exhibit in Waukesha.
