Purdue University police are urging students, staff and faculty on the West Lafayette campus to move their vehicles from several streets in order to assist with snow removal. Earlier Monday, West Lafayette issues a snow emergency as well which requires vehicles to be removed off the street in emergency snow routes. Purdue announced, individuals using on-street parking on West Lafayette snow routes or the following streets must move their vehicles to an alternate location by noon Monday in order to avoid being towed:

Purdue s pharmacy vending machines sell common over-the-counter medications like cold and flu remedies, as well as family planning items like condoms, emergency contraception and pregnancy tests. The machines accept cash and credit cards and also provide free pads and tampons.

Purdue police lay out timeline for students to move vehicles for snow removal

Airport Road1 F Several areas have already been cleared of snow and are available for temporary student parking with relaxed parking enforcement. These locations include the north end of the R-lot (located north of Ross-Ade Stadium), Discovery Park lot (off Nimitz Drive and South Martin Jischke Drive), the north end of the Córdova Recreational Sports Center lot (near Stadium Avenue) and the McCutcheon Parking Garage. All students will have from 7 a.m. Wednesday (Feb. 3) to 7 a.m. Thursday (Feb. 4)  to move their vehicles back to street parking. Regular parking enforcement of the temporary lots will begin again after 7 a.m. on Thursday (Feb. 4).

The Dick Smith Library, Student Health and Counseling Center, Tarleton Alumni Association Office and the university’s Welcome Center also will close, as will Tarleton’s W.K. Gordon Center for Industrial History of Texas in Thurber and the Dora Lee Langdon Cultural & Educational Center in Granbury. Three Tarleton areas will be open Monday: Recreational Sports Center, 6 a.m.-8 p.m.; dining hall, 7 a.m.-8 p.m.; and campus bookstore in the Student Center, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Tarleton holiday break begins Christmas Eve From TSU Newsroom STEPHENVILLE  Tarleton State University will close all facilities for winter break beginning Thursday, Dec. 24. Campuses and other operations will reopen Monday, Jan. 4, 2021. Campus dining services closed Dec. 10 and will reopen for dinner Sunday, Jan. 17. All other dining locations, including the Barry B. Thompson Student Center’s Texan Star Food Court and Study Grounds Café in the Dick Smith Library, resume normal operating hours Monday, Jan. 18. The Thompson Student Center, including the Tarleton Food Pantry and the Tarleton Campus Bookstore inside, is closed Dec. 24-Jan. 3 and reopens at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, when holiday hours take effect. Regular business hours resume Saturday, Jan. 16.
