Astley tweeted a video to mark reaching the milestone, in which he called it mind-blowing, and said, The world is a wonderful and beautiful place, and I am very lucky. Never Gonna Give You Up  is only the fourth music video from the 1980s to have one million views, along with Guns N Roses Sweet Child o  Mine,
