“Hearing concluded in the SSR sisters matter. Justice will prevail. The FIR registered by Rhea likely to be quashed,” tweeted Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh in the evening the same day.
Advocate Singh arrived in the city on Wednesday to appear the first time for the physical hearing in the case filed by the deceased actor’s sisters, against an FIR filed by his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. “Landed in Mumbai to appear first time for physical hearing in the case filed by the SSR sisters for quashing of FIR filed by Rhea,” Vikas Singh had tweeted.

The NCB had summoned Komal Rampal on Wednesday in connection with a drug-related case. Arjun Rampal s sister Komal Rampal, through her lawyer, had informed NCB on Wednesday that she would be unable to appear before them. Also, she has not sought any further date to appear. NCB is legally examining her response, an NCB source told ANI.

Mumbai, Jan 07: South Indian actor Shwetha Kumari, arrested in connection with a drug seizure case, was remanded in judicial custody by a court here on Thursday.
Kumari was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) from a hotel in Mira Bhayander area of neighbouring Thane district on Monday following the seizure 400 grams of mephedrone (MD).
As her NCB custody ended on Thursday, she was produced before a magistrate court here, which remanded her in 14-day judicial custody because the probe agency did not press for her further remand.
As part of its crackdown against drug supply in Maharashtra and Goa, the probe agency had seized 400grams of MD on January 2.

A report by ANI said, Actor Arjun Rampal s sister Komal Rampal, through her lawyer, has informed NCB that she is unable to appear before the agency. Komal Rampal was summoned by NCB yesterday, in connection with a drugs case.
Komal reportedly is a 1994 Miss India finalist, an ex-air hostess, and a spa consultant. The actor s sister was summoned days after Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades were questioned by the agency. According to reports, Arjun was under NCB s scanner for using a backdated drugs prescription.
