1/1 THREE people have today been jailed for a total of more than 33 years after a burglary in which a man suffered knife wounds. Police were called to a flat at East Hill Road, Ryde, on December 27 2019 after the victim suffered injuries to his arm, face and back. During the incident, about £1,500 in cash was stolen from the property. Three people, who were known to the victim, were charged with aggravated burglary and wounding with intent. They were Timothy Peter Brown, 40, of no fixed abode, Graham Smith, 41, of George Street, Ryde, and Louise Victoria April Spence, 30, of Station Road,Brading. The case went to trial at Portsmouth Crown Court on Monday after the trio denied any wrongdoing.

Three people have been jailed for more than 33 years between them, following a nasty attack in Ryde which left a man with serious injuries.
Police were called to a flat on East Hill Road shortly before 8pm on 27 December 2019, where a man in his 40s had sustained injuries to his face, back and arm, caused by a knife.
During the incident, approximately £1500 in cash was stolen from the address.
