Chicago man charged with multiple felonies related to sex offenses against children By FOX 32 Digital Staff Published  CHICAGO - A Chicago man who allegedly engaged in sexually explicit conversations and sent graphic videos to a Cook County Sheriff’s Police Special Victims Unit investigator posing as a 15-year-old boy has been charged with multiple felonies related to sex offenses against children. Francis Agins, 32, contacted an investigator via a popular messaging app on April 22 and initiated a sexual conversation. The investigator texted Agins saying that he was 15.  Over the next 13 days, Agins sent explicit messages and videos of himself to the investigator and repeatedly requested that the investigator posing as a minor send him sexually explicit pictures, authorities said.

On Friday, April 16, 2021, detectives with the State Police Special Victims Unit received information indicating that 37-year-old Julian ‘Trey’ M. Aucoin III communicated with a juvenile in a sexually explicit manner, according to a spokesperson for Louisiana State Police Troop I. During the course of the investigation, detectives learned that Aucoin used an electronic device to solicit the juvenile for sexual purposes and allegedly had sexual contact with the minor, the spokesperson stated. Based on their investigation, a warrant for Aucoin’s arrest was obtained.

Tulsa Police Make Arrest In 2003 Rape Case Thanks To DNA Match, Funding Tulsa Police arrested a man this week for a rape that happened 18 years ago. Police said they recently got a DNA match to a rape kit that was collected when the crime happened in 2003. TPD said Alfred Wilson raped the woman just 16 days after he got out of prison early, for a different rape.  Wilson is in the Tulsa County Jail now, and Tulsa Police said it is because of a federal grant they received years ago to help clear out the backlog of rape kits. The arrest affidavit said the rape happened near Apache and Harvard, in an abandoned home behind TCC.
