National Warrant Out for Suspect Wanted in 2020 Yakima Murder Get our free mobile app A national warrant has been issued for the arrest of convicted felon Jordan Anthony Gutierrez. The 22-year-old is wanted for manslaughter, in connection to the March 7th, 2020 shooting death of 31-year-old Tara Owen. Yakima Police responded to the incident on Folsom Avenue after receiving a report of shots fired. Upon arrival they found Owen suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Paramedics were unsuccessful in their efforts to resuscitate her. Investigators believe Gutierrez shot Owens and took off in her vehicle. Gutierrez is 5 7 , weighing 240 pounds.
