334 applicants benefit from initiative
A total of 334 applicants have benefited from the Ministry of Housing’s First Home and First Land Grant initiative, receiving a total payout in excess of $5 million during the 2020-2021 financial year. The Fiji Rugby Union received a timely boost yesterday with participating teams playing in the Super 7s Series to be outfitted by Jack’s Fiji starting this weekend.
The three-year deal is a boost to the new tournament.

THE Uluinakau Babaas are undaunted with the makeup of their pool in this weekend’s Super 7s Series second leg in Nadi.
“There are no more weak teams, and no team is perfect, it all depends on what you put in,” said team manager Samisoni Qaranivalu.
The Kombat sponsored side bowed out at the quarter-final stage during the first leg of the series and will need to work hard again this weekend as they find themselves locked in Pool A with champions Police Blue, Fire and the BLK Stallions.
