PEOPLE in Bradford have been urged to get active to raise funds for groups that support critical workers. Four charities have teamed up with the country’s leading emergency service discount provider, Blue Light Card, and wellbeing organisation, Get Active, to support frontline staff and help boost morale with the launch of a special fitness and wellness challenge. Blue Light Card, Get Active, The Fire Fighters Charity, The Air Ambulance Service, The Ambulance Staff Charity and Police Care UK will raise spirits and vital funds for the charities that support critical workers by asking the public to ‘get active’ and take part in a series of month-long sponsored exercise and wellness challenges.

Mr Cullis rode out from his home in Evesham to Tewkesbury, before heading on to Gloucester North Fire Station and Gloucester Police headquarters. He also organised for there to be a two minutes silence at noon across the region on Christmas Eve to remember those who died this year, and that was followed by the singing of a festive carol, with Mr Cullis marking the silence with dignitaries at the police headquarters.
