Tanger Outlets Hershey in Derry Township will welcome two new tenants this month.
Book Warehouse is opening this month in the former retail space of Bass next to the Calvin Klein store. Bass, previously closed all of its stores.
Book Warehouse is a discount book store that is also located at Tanger Outlets Lancaster and the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg.
“We have stores located across America from coast to coast and offer a broad range of books for all tastes, interests, and ages,” the retailer said on its website. “From cookbooks to religion, children’s educational books to romance, science to history - you will find it in our stores.”
A Coach Outlet store will open this fall at the Outlets of Des Moines, the Altoona shopping center announced Thursday.
The 3,000 square-foot store will be adjacent to the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory outlet and across from the Kate Spade New York store, outlets General Manager TJ Just said in an email.
Coach, which markets designer fashions and accessories for women and men, already has a retail store in the Jordan Creek Town Center in West Des Moines.
The Coach Outlet opening is the second major addition to the Des Moines metro shopping scene announced in the past several months. H&M has announced it will open a two-story store this summer in Jordan Creek Town Center. It will be the international clothing brand s second store location in Iowa the other is in Davenport.

The COVID-19 pandemic might have slowed down business openings and construction but it certainly hasn’t stopped them.
A number of housing developments are planned in Harrisburg, Susquehanna Township, Hampden Township, East Pennsboro Township and throughout the midstate.
And stores including REI Co-op, PaulB Mechanicsburg, Five Below and TJ Maxx are all opening new locations in central Pennsylvania this year.
And three companies have plans to open multiple locations in the region: Shiny Shell CarWash, Xfinity and Pet Supplies Plus.
Other new locations include a childcare center, a hospital, newly built medical offices, a doggie daycare, restaurants, hotels, an indoor trampoline park and more.
