Rolex Rings’ IPO comprises fresh issue of shares worth ₹70 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 65 lakh equity stocks by Rivendell PE LLC (formerly known as NSR-PE Mauritius LLC), according to its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP). Currently, Rivendell holds 45.51 per cent stake in Rolex Rings.

After having a discussion regarding the matter with Bosch s vice president Ramesha Saligrama, he informed that the company has voluntarily come forward for the service. There were complaints saying that many ventilators in the government hospitals were not in the working condition and there were reports in the media too regarding this. In this crucial situation, the company has decided to repair the ventilators through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding, said Saligrama.

The aid includes 92 ventilators and 438 oxygen concentrators, 10 oxygen cylinders, and other medical supplies such as face masks and glass cannula from major manufacturers, it said.
