US will make significant contributions to rebuilding Gaza without benefiting Hamas, Secretary of State Antony Blinken vowed following a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the conflict in the Middle East U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken promised international aid intended to help rebuild the battered Gaza Strip would not benefit Hamas  He began a Middle East visit in Israel on Tuesday and is  hoping to bolster its cease-fire between the Jewish state and Gaza s ruling Hamas militants  Israeli authorities are allowing fuel, medicine and food earmarked for Gaza s private sector to enter the territory for the first time since 11 days of hostilities
