La agencia oficial de noticias palestina Wafa indicó que
soldados israelíes dispararon hacia el vehículo en el que viajaba el
niño y que era conducido por su padre.
Tras sufrir una herida en el pecho, el niño fue trasladado a un hospital de Hebrón en grave estado, donde luego murió a causa de sus heridas.
El
Ejército israelí dijo estar investigando el suceso.
Este es el segundo episodio violento en la zona en dos días, tras la muerte anoche de un
palestino de 41 años, también por disparos de
tropas israelíes. Según informó un portavoz militar, los soldados dispararon contra el hombre mientras este se acercaba hacia ellos “rápidamente y con una barra de metal” y tras primero disparar al aire a modo de advertencia.
