A Hazleton woman was sentenced to 102 months imprisonment for drug trafficking and possession of a firearm, the United States Attorneyâs Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced Friday.
Jessica Hernandez-Boria, 40, was sentenced Dec. 9 by U.S. District Court Judge Robert D. Mariani for her involvement in a conspiracy that distributed approximately three kilograms of cocaine, federal officials said.
Hernandez-Boria previously pleaded guilty to conspiring with others to distribute the cocaine throughout Hazleton between September 2018 and February 2019, U.S. Attorney David J. Freed said in a news release. She also admitted to arming herself with a .40-caliber Glock firearm, Freed said.
