Nintendo will hold a new Nintendo Direct presentation at E3 2021 on June 15, where the company plans to reveal new details on upcoming Nintendo Switch games. Nintendo will then offer a longer look at its Switch lineup in a new Nintendo Treehouse Live immediately following the Direct livestream.
Nintendo says the presentation will focus exclusively on software, meaning that any rumors of a Switch Pro unveiling at this event have been made null and void. Nintendo at #E32021: 6/15, 9am PT! Granted, Nick Baker, co-founder of XboxEra.com, claimed that the Switch Pro announcement would be set for this week. If that s the case, then conceivably Nintendo could announce the Switch Pro before E3, which runs from June 12 to June 15, and instead talk about software during its E3 event. Still, announcing a new piece of hardware and not mentioning it at a 40-minute press conference would be odd. So we feel it s safe to suspect that a Switch Pro announcement will not be happening anytime soon.

Back in 2019, Square Enix shook up its internal development divisions, previously known as the “Business Divisions,” to make the new Creative Business Units. Creative Business Unit II, which includes the team working on

At this time, there’s no word on which platforms Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake will be coming to, and there’s also no indication on when it will release, but Square Enix note that it is “planned for simultaneous release on home consoles worldwide.” The game is in development by AMATA K.K. and Team Asano.
Dragon Quest 3 was originally released for the Famicom in 1988, selling over one million copies on its first day of release in Japan. Over the years it has been remade and ported to a number of later consoles, first with the 1996 SNES port, a Game Boy Color adaptation of the original release, and more modern ports to the Wii, 3DS, PS4, Switch, and more.
While it was revealed last year during the PS5 showcase without a firm release date, fans were undoubtedly hoping to see a
Final Fantasy 16 2021 release so they could start playing the latest Final Fantasy game sooner rather than later. However, now it’s looking unlikely that we’ll see Final Fantasy XVI release before April 2022, as the latest Square Enix financial report suggests the publisher will be focusing on original IP until then.
Why is a Final Fantasy 16 2021 release date unlikely?
Square Enix has released its latest financial reports for the past year, and during the report the publisher stated that it will be focusing on new IP for the time until the end of this financial year, which ends March 2022. This means Square Enix intends to concentrate on original titles such as Outriders, Project Triangle Strategy, and Forspoken until at least April next year, meaning that titles such Final Fantasy XVI and Dragon Quest 12 won’t release until later in 2022.
