Lagos, Jan. 21, 2021 Morison Industries Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), stakeholders and the investing public of the appointment of Mr Adesoji Oladeja, as the new Managing Director, effective Jan. 4.
The company made the announcement in a notice on Thursday posted on the NSE website signed by Mrs Abosede Agbeta, its Company Secretary.
It said that the appointment followed the resignation of the acting Managing Director, Mr Deji Mustapha.
The board appreciated Mustapha for his meritorious services to the company.
The notice said that: “Oladeja is a certified Project Management Professional with over 25 years work experience in business costing, among others.
