+ April 25, 2021 WHILE more Cebu City residents under Priority Codes A2 and A3 have registered online to be vaccinated against coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), the Vaccine Advisory Board (VAB) cannot resume the vaccine rollout yet.
Dr. Jeffrey Ibones, officer-in-charge of the City Health Department (CHD), said the three vaccination sites in the city – Robinsons Galleria, University of Cebu Banilad campus and SM Seaside City – will remain closed on Monday, April 26, 2021.
“Dili pa maka-resume kay wa man tay i-inject, wa man gyud (We don’t have any vaccine to inject),” he said in an interview on Sunday, April 25.

+ April 22, 2021 AFTER Cebu City opened a third vaccination site at the SM Seaside City at the South Road Properties on Thursday, April 22, 2021, it will open another one at the SM City Cebu at the North Reclamation Area next week.
According to City Councilor Dave Tumulak, the City wants to cater to more individuals and fasttrack the vaccination rollout.
The first two vaccine sites are at the Robinsons Galleria and the University of Cebu Banilad campus.

The former governor of Imo state and the Senator representing Imo West Senatorial district, yesterday challenged the Imo state government, on the interim forfeiture order on his said to be illegally acquired properties that it would not stand.
Okorocha declared this to newsmen in Owerri, through his Special Adviser on Media, Sam Onwuemeodo, while reacting on the court order of his “illegally acquired ” properties.
Okorocha claimed that the forfeiture order was belated and an afterthought.
According to Okorocha, “On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, the Imo State Government, with Chief Hope Uzodinma, as governor, through the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Chief C.O.C Akaolisa deceived one of the most thorough and highly respected Judges in the State Judiciary, Hon. Justice Fred Njemanze into granting an Interim Order of forfeiture of the ten properties they listed and owned by Senator Rochas Okorocha’s family.
