Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is reporting three new COVID-19 cases. One case is travel-related, the other is outbreak-related and the last new case is a close-contact.
There are now a total of 13 active cases, as the region remains in the green-zone.

2 active cases in Prince Edward County
1 active case in Quinte West
1 active case in Centre Hastings
The Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte announced today that one person who recently tested positive for COVDI-19 has died. That is the first COVDI-19 related death on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory since the start of the pandemic in March.

Good news for independent seniors worried about COVID-19.
Rtd. Gen. Rick Hiller, chair of Ontario’s COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Task Force, said Friday 155,000 doses of Pfizer vaccines arrived in Ontario this week ahead of more next week as the province plans to begin vaccinating independent seniors across Ontario starting next month.
