I am passionate about our community and equipping our students for the future. As a father of three daughters, I understand the importance of a comprehensive, well-rounded, and inclusive education for the future success of our children.
The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is , and this is what I intend to do about it. CBSD s education should evolve and match the needs of today s business environment so that our students are:
Able to view the world through an inclusive lens including inclusivity of opinions, background and experiences
Prepared to be global citizens, in addition to learning how to be skilled employees, entrepreneurs or academics

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ At least six candidates will run for three open seats on Gloucester Township Council in this fall s general elections. Three Democrats and three Republicans have filed to run for the open seats. Any petitions by third-party or independent candidates must be filed by the June 8 primary.
Patch asked each candidate to complete a questionnaire outlining biographical information, their platform and their stands on a handful of issues. Patch will run profiles using these responses in the months leading up to Election Day.
Profiles are presented here in the same format as the questionnaires given to the candidates. There were no further instructions, and none of the responses has been edited (beyond basic proofreading and formatting). Readers can make their own judgments on how the candidates did or didn t answer the questions.

I want to share a story that solidifies why I am running for township supervisor. During the public comment at one of the township supervisor meetings, a woman stood up and walked to the podium. You could sense she was nervous. She explained the issue with flooding in her backyard that started after her neighbor added a garage, patio and removed large trees.
The supervisor who spoke told her the only recourse was taking her neighbor to court. She said that the problem wasn t her relationship with the neighbor or the upgrades they made to their house, the problem was with the stormwater and what could the township help with.
