WASHINGTON, DC .-The National Building Museum announced that Aileen Fuchs has been selected by the Board of Trustees as its new President and Executive Director. Currently the President and CEO of the Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden, Fuchs will be the fifth director of the Museum, which last year celebrated the 40th anniversary of its creation by Congress. Her appointment comes at an opportune time in the institutions history, as it reopens this spring with powerful exhibitions, a new Visitor Center, and plans for an exciting program of summer installations.

$497.5 Million in Loans Repaid in New York City Regional Center Offerings New York City Regional Center New York, New York, UNITED STATES New York, NY, March 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) The New York City Regional Center (“NYCRC”) is pleased to announce the full repayment of its sixth EB-5 loan. This repayment brings the total amount of loan proceeds repaid in its offerings to $497.5 million. The NYCRC previously announced that over 5,000 individuals (EB-5 investors and family members) participating in its offerings have achieved permanent residency in the United States. A total of 1,797 I-829 petition approvals in NYCRC offerings to date have enabled 5,230 individuals to secure permanent green cards.
