âGet Woke, Go Broke?â 37% Buying Less Coke

Coca-Cola was one of the companies that publicly condemned Georgiaâs new election integrity law, and the Atlanta-based soft drink bottler may pay a price for getting involved in that controversy.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 37% of American Adults the companyâs stand against the new Georgia law makes them less likely to purchase Coca-Cola products. Twenty-five percent (25%) say they are more likely to buy Coke, but 30% say the companyâs political stance doesnât make much difference.
The survey of 1,000 U.S. Likely Voters was conducted on April 15 and 18, 2021 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.

Democrats in Congress last week proposed legislation to increase the number of Supreme Court justices from nine to 13, but most voters oppose the so-called “court-packing” plan.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that only 33% of Likely U.S. Voters are in favor of increasing the number of justices on the Supreme Court. Fifty-five percent (55%) are opposed and 13% are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Forty percent (40%) of Likely U.S. Voters think the country is heading in the right direction, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey for the week ending April 15, 2021.
This week’s finding is up one point from a week ago.

The national telephone survey of 2,500 Likely Voters was conducted by Rasmussen Reports from April 11-15, 2021.
