July 7, 2021 Travelers who are fully vaccinated can now enter and visit Baguio City even if they do not show a negative swab test result. However, travelers are required to have a valid vaccination card or certificate as proof that they have completed their 1st and 2nd dose vaccine against coronavirus disease (COVID-19). On Monday, the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases released new guidelines that allow fully vaccinated individuals to present their vaccination card only if they wish to travel to the Philippines. According to Baguio City Tourism, the vaccinating establishment of the traveler must be stated on the vaccination card or certificate.
