Government sources said the bill would be submitted to the Cabinet for approval in the next few weeks. This program is being implemented on a proposal made by the Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa in his capacity as the Minister of Buddha Sasana and the relevant draft will be published in the Gazette after receiving the approval of the Cabinet.
