Havana, Dec 18 (Prensa Latina) The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Raul Castro, and President Miguel Diaz-Canel paid tribute on Friday to Havana Historian Eusebio Leal, who died in July.
The leaders, along with Prime Minister Manuel Marrero and Parliament Speaker Esteban Lazo, participated in the last guard of honor in front of the urn that keeps the ashes of the restoration architect of Old Havana, during the funeral honors in the Hall of the Lost Steps in the the Capitol.

Havana, Dec 15 (Prensa Latina) Cuba´s Prime Minister Manuel Marrero on Tuesday affirmed that no delegate of the People s Power can remain alone in his management, because it is a Government responsibility at all levels.
By speaking in the debates of the Commission for Attention to the Organs of the People´s Power, prior to the 6th session of the parliament in its 9th legislature, Manuel Marrero said the delegate is the legitimate expression of socialist democracy.
Delegate is the person chosen by the people to represent them, Marrero added and insisted it is one of the most complicated and hard tasks, because delegate is the one who faces the citizens and their most immediate needs.
