Cape Town - Alleged underworld kingpin Nafiz Modack is expected back in the Cape Town Magistrateâs today, allegedly in connection with the attempted murder of advocate William Booth.
The Directorate of Priority Crime Investigations (Hawks) have excluded the murder of AGU Commander, Lieutenant-Colonel Charl Kinnear as one of the reasons for Modackâs arrest on Thursday, reports have noted.
The Hawks issued a statement last Thursday saying four suspects aged between 29 and 49 were arrested after the National task Team executed warrants of arrest in the Western Cape.

EOH is once again in the media for issues pertaining to the Microsoft licence sales to the Department of Defence (DoD), and the City of Johannesburg contracts.
In addition, EOH has become embroiled in a dispute between AYO and certain financial institutions.
Stephen van Coller, EOH group CEO, comments: “The recent heightened media activity that EOH has encountered over the last few weeks, is largely as a result of EOH’s transformation strategy which has been systematically and regularly reported to all stakeholders.
“In our quest to become an ethically sound and sustainable business, EOH has had to review and re-evaluate certain historical contracts (Legacy Contracts). This process has resulted in EOH having to terminate and/or regularise certain contracts and business relationships.
