Main Duties
· Assist the Public Health Research department lead in the overall work of the program, in administrative, technical and research-oriented tasks, working collaboratively with a team.
Assist in qualitative and quantitative research including literature review, research design, tool design, analysis and discussion, and generation of recommendations;
Assist in coordination of field team, and conduct field research in the form of focus groups, interviews, case studies, observations, and surveys;
Attend meetings with project partners;
· Assist in writing proposals and articles for publication.
Qualifications
● 1-3 years of experience in public health research;
● Excellent writing skills, and strong analytical research skills;
● Professional, detail-oriented, and organized, and strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Position Summary:
The Grants Officer works under the supervision of the Principal and/or the Managing Grants Officer, Grants Administration. This position provides hands-on (cradle-to-grave) management of an assigned grant portfolio, working closely with colleagues to provide effective and collaborative due diligence and oversight of grant programs.
