LAHORE (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood has said that matriculation and intermediate examinations will start after June 15.
In a statement on Twitter, Shafqat Mahmood said that examinations will start after June 15 with priority to grade 12 and 10 to be followed by 11 and 9.
Shafqat Mahmood said that respective Boards will announce the exact dates for the examinations.
Earlier on Wednesday, Shafqat Mahmood dispelled rumours that the examination for class 9 and 11 had been cancelled.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood dispelled rumours that the examination for class 9 and 11 had been cancelled.
The minister in his tweet said that the examination for class 9 and 11 will take place according to the time table of the respective boards.
Earlier federal minister had announced to cancel all exams in the country till June 15 after a meeting of the NCOC reviewed COVID-19 situation in the country.

Intermediate examinations across Pakistan would be held after June 15, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mehmood announced Tuesday.

The minister said currently only A2 (A Level second year) examinations are being held across the country, but several people are voicing their demands to be awarded school assessed grades.

As Pakistan and Hungary on Friday desired to develop economic partnership, the latter agreed to establish a credit line of $84 million for business-to-business cooperation and provide another $50 million for tied aid programme. We have established a credit line at Hungarian EXIM bank to the extent of $84 million, which is exclusively to serve the enhancement of business-to-business cooperation between Pakistani and Hungarian companies, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó said in a joint press stakeout with Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
Hungary to provide 200 Scholarships for Pakistani Students

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan and Hungary on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the continuation of 200 Scholarships for Pakistani Students in the Hungarian universities.
The MoU was signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Peter Szijjarto and the Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood in Islamabad.
The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi was also present on the occasion.
