The Global Partnership for Action to Eliminate all Forms of HIV-Related Stigma and Discrimination (Global Partnership) was established in 2018 following a call to action by the nongovernmental organization delegation to the UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board (PCB NGO Delegation).
