MENLO PARK, Calif., Feb. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation II (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering (“IPO”) of 35,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) and trade under the ticker symbol “DCRNU” beginning on February 4, 2021. Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of the Company’s Class A common stock at an exercise price of $11.50 per share. The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,250,000 units.
