A lawsuit was filed last week against the school district and Duxbury Middle School physical education teacher John Blake by the parents of Parker Foley, who attended Duxbury Public Schools until he left the district in 9th grade. Foley died of a drug overdose last year at age 27, according to The Associated Press.
