Christine Ricci, 46, allegedly fatally stabbed her 51-year-old husband, Michael, at a home at 679 Moraine St. , Plymouth District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz and Marshfield Police Chief Phil Tavares said in a joint statement late Thursday night.
Marshfield police received a 911 call just after 4:45 p.m. reporting a medical emergency at that address and arrived along with emergency medical personnel to find Michael Ricci suffering from stab wounds, according to the statement. He was taken to South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, where he was pronounced dead.

A Massachusetts woman was charged with murder Thursday over claims she fatally stabbed her husband, authorities said.
Forty-six-year-old Christine Ricci was arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of her husband, 51-year-old Michael Ricci, Thursday afternoon in Marshfield, according to a statement from Plymouth District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz’s office.
Police received a 911 call around 4:46 p.m. about a medical emergency at a home at 679 Moraine Street. Officers and emergency medical personnel responded to the scene and found Michael Ricci with multiple stab wounds, the statement said.

Renee True, the mother of a 21-year-old man accused of murdering her and her husband in their Middleborough home this week, drove buses for special-education students in the town for more than 10 years and was remembered as an employee dedicated to the children she served.
True started working for the Middleborough Public Schools Transportation Department in 2006 as a mini-bus driver responsible for the transportation of special-education students. The district called her a “valued member” of the community.
