Detroit police board, officials discuss COVID s impact on crime Detroit   Domestic violence-related homicides in Wayne County have have skyrocketed during the coronavirus pandemic, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said Thursday during a virtual forum of law enforcement officials and other stakeholders.
