StockMarketWire.com - Events and data analytics company Bonhill has appointed Jonathan Glasspool to succeed Neil Sachdev as non-executive chairman when he stands down at the forthcoming annual general meeting on 27 May 2021.
Sachdev, who joined the group as non-executive chairman in November 2017, will retire following the conclusion of the AGM.

Naked Wines PLC - Norwich, Norfolk-based online wine retailer - Hires Darryl Rawlings as independent non-executive director with plans for Rawlings to succeed Ian Harding as chair at the company s annual general meeting in August. Naked Wines had previously said Harding would retire in the summer after serving on the board for eight years. Rawlings is founder and chief executive officer of Trupanion Inc, a Seattle-based company that provides medical insurance for cats and dogs in the US and Canada. Naked Wines says Rawlings experience in building a direct-to-consumer business will help in its own expansion.
