Mumbai: Despite a worrying rise in COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra, around 350 people attended a wedding function in Mumbai’s Chembur on Sunday. Pictures of the event suggest that social distancing norms were flouted openly despite the fact that the Maharashtra government, as well as the Centre, keep on reiterating the need to obey basic COVID-19 protocol.
