Attorney General’s Office issues ruling on November 2018 shooting Advertisement SHELBY TOWNSHIP On March 9, the Michigan Attorney General’s Office made a final ruling that a Shelby Township police officer acted with justification when he fatally shot a suspect in 2018 who turned out to be unarmed.
