Virtual Class: Dimensions of Wellness Examines All Aspects of Self
An interactive and engaging virtual presentation on Monday, Feb. 1, 10 to 11 a.m., provides insights into a wellness model incorporating the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, vocational and environmental aspects of life. Participants will be encouraged to review, recognize and celebrate their unique triumphs and what they are  already doing to live their best lives and what they might like to change.
