BILLINGS â A suspect was arrested Tuesday after authorities received a report of an attempted abduction in Lockwood followed by a dangerous pursuit on Interstate 94.
The Yellowstone County Sheriff s Office said on social media that after the attempted abduction deputies learned the suspect was in a vehicle reported stolen in Billings. Deputies located the vehicle in Huntley and a chase ensued on I-94.
During the chase the suspect attempted to ram law enforcement vehicles and drove the wrong way on the interstate, the sheriff s office said.

BILLINGS â Law enforcement officers were led on a slow-speed chase by a pair of 10-year-olds who reportedly stole an RV from an auto auction yard at around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, according to Billings Police Sgt. Harley Cagle.
Cagle said a driver called in to report the RV after it was driving erratically and trying to run another car off the road.
Officers found the vehicle on Sugar Avenue and started a slow-speed chase where speeds ranged from 10 to 25 miles per hour.
Inmate From Yellowstone County Detention Facility Dies
The Yellowstone County Sheriff s Office released information today regarding an inmate from the Yellowstone County Detention Facility who died this past weekend, and it could take up to three months before a cause of death is known.
According to a press release from Sheriff Mike Linder, medical personnel were dispatched to YCDF around 10:20am MDT on Satuday (1/9) for a report of an inmate, lying unresponsive in his bed. Another inmate, who shared a cell with the victim, notified jail staff when the inmate noticed he was not moving, according to the report.

Two teen parents were charged with deliberate homicide in July after their eight-week-old infant died on March 27. An autopsy showed broken ribs, collar bone and arms, according to charges.
