M&S currently has 959 stores across the UK, but 615 of those now only sell food products, after the company confirmed more than 100 clothing stores will have closed by 2022 as part of a new “radical” plan.

The retailer has delighted shoppers in deciding to re-introduce its Christmas sandwich to stores.

Marks & Spencer scam: M&S warning as shoppers targeted in Facebook scam

Marks & Spencer responded to customers who flagged the page and confirmed it was aware of the issue and would try to get the page taken down as soon as possible, The Grocer stated. It seems the page has now been removed but shoppers should watch out for similar scams on social media. Marks & Spencer offers advice for those who believe they have been scammed and customers are encouraged to report anything suspicious. The M&S website states: If you think you ve been the victim of a scam, report it to us as soon as soon as possible by calling 0345 900 0900. You should also report it to Action Fraud.
