For the media and advertising industry, this stat is much higher – Taking a quote from the Mentally Healthy survey  ‘Despite this improvement, only 23% said mental health was a high priority in their workplace, and a tiny 6% felt their company is highly effective in addressing the mental health of its staff.’ Many people are not knowledgeable or confident to offer assistance. PHD have heavily invested in Mental Health First aid to equip their people with the skills to help someone who they’re concerned about.

And they aim to make that difference by delivering ideas that work across advertising, PR, broadcast, digital, direct marketing, radio, and that-hasn’t-been-done-before for charities, not-for-profits, and big business committed to actioning their corporate social responsibility plans.
