Growing up in the digital age comes with all kinds of fun little quirks. Growing up in the 70s and 80s, it was much harder to make an impulse purchase for an item and to pass the charges along to your parents. While I never got ahold of their wallets or credit cards, a bunch of friends and I may have tried to call and order a couple of the original pay-per-view boxing or wrestling matches back in the day. It was way too easy to call them up and charge by phone. Sadly I can t even remember who won.

Case in point, a young kid from New York recently ordered thousands of dollars worth of frozen treats featuring the animated character from Amazon. The problem? This was done without his mother s permission.
