Herkimer village board plans forum on H M Quackenbush litigation

Times Telegram Herkimer Mayor Mark Netti wants to settle the village’s long-running legal battle with the Herkimer County Industrial Development Agency over the H.M. Quackenbush property on Prospect Street. Not all board members are ready to move forward though, and at this point they are looking for input from the public. Comments and questions will be addressed during a telephone conference scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Monday.
