Dems to ban menthol cigs but will legalize illegal menthol sales by individuals Democrats think black people are too stupid to get photo IDs and now they think they have to make decisions for them. They’ve decided, based partly on pleas from African-American organizations like the NAACP, that menthol cigarettes must be banned because 85.8% of black smokers use them. But Pot’s okay? They want them to go on to Pot or non-menthol cigarettes apparently. Don’t worry, however, illegal menthols will not be banned. That’s not satire, read on. This is way too authoritarian. Leave people alone.

If this weren’t the case, then perhaps we wouldn’t be hearing about the latest bit of tomfoolery to come out of the federal government. President Biden has reached the 100 day milestone of his first term and to mark the occasion, his government is going after menthol cigarettes.
